It's a King Thing!
It is an honor to be called to walk with you in the training and education of your children.
There is no higher calling than to disciple the next generation in the ways of God (Mt 28:19-20, Deut 6:4-9). The fulfillment of the purpose and destiny of your children is the vision of my heart. I view your children as my own sons and daughters in relationship to the discipleship I provide. Thank you for the trust you have placed in me. It is my prayer that I will be found worthy of that trust with God’s help.
The Seniors have heard the call from the Lord to walk as kings this year within the framework of the Way of Wisdom. Two words have helped to shape their call as they sought the Lord for His direction: leadership & discernment. The confirming Scripture is found in Psalm 2:10, “Now therefore, O kings, show discernment; take warning O leaders of the earth.” NASU
This past spring, summer, and now the beginning of the school year have certainly demonstrated that this is a time to focus on these two concepts.
Please feel free to ask me more about the Way of Wisdom and how it has been a God honored framework for the life of New Covenant Christian School. It may also be a great idea to ask a Senior about it!
